Toast Rack aims to offer a seasonal menu, using quality, organic products wherever possible. These are some of our specially selected suppliers:

 

All the flour in the bread we bake comes from Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire. They mill a range of organic flour of exceptional quality, without haste and with scrupulous care, using only the best ingredients.

 

We serve freshly roasted 'Darwin' coffee from Matthew Algie, who are obsessed with giving their customers the freshest, tastiest coffee known to beankind, whatever their palate. But never at the expense of the farmers or the planet. It's what led them to create the world's first triple certified coffee - approved by the Fairtrade Foundation, Rainforest Alliance and Organic Food Federation. 

The eggs in our breakfasts are from Clarence Court.  Their free-range Burford Brown hens are fed on the finest natural vegetarian diet with a generous helping of sun-drenched corn which gives a deeper more colourful yolk. They are probably the tastiest eggs you'll ever eat!

All our meat comes from HG Walter in Barons Court, which has been voted best small butcher shop in Great Britain and best butcher in London and the Southeast.

We sell award-winning Luscombe Drinks. Based on a farm in deepest Devon since 1975, all of their drinks are crafted with exceptional care and integrity. Gabriel David, the head of this family-owned business, sources the ingredients direct from growers he trusts. There are no compromises, only the best goes in the bottle. Their best-selling Sicilian Lemonade and Hot Ginger Beer have won numerous Great Taste Gold awards, as well as Soil Association Organic Food Awards.

 

Belu is 100% carbon neutral, not for profit and gives all of its profits to its charity partner, WaterAid. Every drop of its beautiful water is British, and its sources are selected for their natural purity and their clean and crisp taste. As a proudly British brand, they are firm in the stance that they will never knowingly export their products.

Passionately produced on their farm in the isle of Purbeck ~ Dorset, with local fresh milk, thick double cream and an abundance of delicious natural flavours, Purbeck ice creams are all gluten and egg free, with no artificial additives or GMOs, no added colours or nuts and all are suitable for vegetarians.
